If for any reason your order does not arrive by the estimated promised delivery date then we will contact you at the email address you provide with a status update and modified delivery estimate. We may send items individually, so if you have ordered more than one item from us it is possible you may receive them on different days. The delivery charge will not be refunded. After this period, we may treat the order as cancelled by you and refund the price of the goods. Should nobody be available to accept the delivery, the courier will keep hold of the goods for up to two days and you may re-arrange delivery. If you provide an incorrect delivery address and we are unable to deliver, then we may treat the order as cancelled by you and refund the price of the goods. Some items shipping time vary, please check that during checkout page, if we do not attempt a delivery within the quoted delivery period and you provided a full and correct delivery address then we may offer a full or partial refund of the delivery fee.
